תקנון ההגרלה

1. כללי

1.1 ההגרלה מנוהלת על ידי דפי האינסטגרם noam_lapels ו-us_lapel_pins (להלן: "המארגן").

1.2 תקנון זה נועד להסדיר את התנאים להשתתפות בהגרלה (להלן: "ההגרלה").

1.3 ההשתתפות בהגרלה מהווה הסכמה מלאה של המשתתף לכל הוראות תקנון זה.

2. תקופת ההגרלה

2.1 ההגרלה תתקיים בין התאריכים 22.4.2025 ועד 30.4.2025 (כולל).

2.2 המארגן שומר לעצמו את הזכות לשנות את מועד סיום ההגרלה, לקצר או להאריך את התקופה לפי שיקול דעתו הבלעדי.

3. תנאי השתתפות

3.1 כל אדם מעל גיל 18 רשאי להשתתף בהגרלה, למעט עובדי המארגן ובני משפחותיהם.

3.2 לצורך השתתפות בהגרלה יש לבצע את כל הפעולות הבאות:

• לצלם את עצמכם בפעילות סניפית הקשורה ליום העצמאות או יום הזיכרון לחללי צה"ל ולתייג אותנו

• לעקוב אחר עמוד האינסטגרם שלנו

• לשתף חברים

4. פרס ההגרלה

4.1 הפרס: 30 סיכות בהתאמה אישית – על חשבון המארגן, כולל משלוח.

4.2 הפרס אינו ניתן להמרה לכסף או לשווה כסף אחר.

4.3 המארגן שומר לעצמו את הזכות לשנות את הפרס במקרה של נסיבות שאינן בשליטתו.

5. בחירת הזוכה

5.1 הזוכה ייבחר באופן אקראי מבין המשתתפים שעמדו בכל תנאי ההשתתפות.

5.2 ההכרזה על הזוכה תתבצע עד לתאריך 5.5.2025, באמצעות פוסט ו/או הודעה פרטית בעמוד האינסטגרם.

5.3 אם לא תתקבל תגובת הזוכה תוך 10 ימים ממועד ההכרזה – ייבחר זוכה חלופי.

6. אחריות ושיפוי

6.1 ההשתתפות בהגרלה הינה על אחריות המשתתף בלבד.

6.2 המארגן אינו אחראי לכל נזק, ישיר או עקיף, שייגרם למשתתף עקב השתתפותו בהגרלה או עקב קבלת הפרס.

7. שונות

7.1 המארגן שומר לעצמו את הזכות לעדכן את התקנון בכל עת, לפי שיקול דעתו הבלעדי.

7.2 במקרה של סתירה בין פרסום שיווקי לבין הוראות תקנון זה – יגברו הוראות התקנון.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 The giveaway is organized by the Instagram pages noam_lapels and us_lapel_pins (hereinafter: "the Organizer").

1.2 These terms and conditions are intended to govern participation in the giveaway (hereinafter: "the Giveaway").

1.3 Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full agreement with all the provisions of these terms and conditions.

2. Giveaway Period

2.1 The Giveaway will take place from April 22, 2025 to April 30, 2025 (inclusive).

2.2 The Organizer reserves the right to change the end date or extend/shorten the Giveaway period at their sole discretion.

3. Eligibility and Entry Requirements

3.1 Any person aged 18 or older is eligible to participate, excluding employees of the Organizer and their family members.

3.2 To participate in the Giveaway, the following steps must be completed:

• Take a photo of yourself participating in a local event or activity related to Israel’s Independence Day or Memorial Day for Fallen Soldiers and tag us.

• Follow the Organizer’s Instagram page

• Tag or share with friends

4. The Prize

4.1 The prize consists of 30 custom lapel pins – fully covered by the Organizer, including shipping.

4.2 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 The winner will be selected at random from among participants who fulfilled all participation requirements.

5.2 The winner will be announced by May 5, 2025, via Instagram post and/or direct message.

5.3 If no response is received from the winner within 10 days of the announcement, an alternate winner will be chosen.

6. Liability

6.1 Participation in the Giveaway is the sole responsibility of the participant.

6.2 The Organizer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

7.2 In the event of any inconsistency between promotional content and these terms, the terms outlined herein shall prevail.
